Many Books, One Story
Each year Teaching & Training Women run a short course for 6 hours over two Saturday mornings called ‘Starting From Scratch.’ This year we will look at how the 66 books of the Bible, written over more than 1500 years by 40 authors tells one story of God’s unfolding plan of redemption. This course aims to show us the importance of seeing how each small part relates to the whole. When we come to grips with the big picture of the Bible we will deepen our understanding of Biblical themes, the individual books and even God’s purposes for our everyday life. Janet Riley will bring us the teaching for this course. She is thankful for lots of opportunities to spend time with students around the Bible in her role as the Dean of Women at SMBC.
When: 15th and 22nd August 2015, 9:30am-12:30pm

Cost: $60.00 payable on the day
